The King Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a solid variety, including tasty waffles. The location was close to the boardwalk, which was great. The outdoor pool looked inviting, even though we didn’t get to use it. Overall, a good stop for our trip! 🙂

I faced significant delays checking in, with no staff available for half an hour. The parking situation was frustrating, particularly with cramped spots near the pool. Additionally, the room had maintenance issues, like the shower curtain that was poorly hung, giving it a neglected appearance.

I stayed in a King Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights and was thrilled with how clean everything was! The outdoor heated swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day, and the beach access being so close made my stay all the more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and ensured all my needs were met promptly.

during my stay, I loved the easy walk to DeLaveaga Park, just over 1 km away, where I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon surrounded by nature, as well as being just a few steps from delightful nearby eateries like The Jury Room and Santa Cruz Diner that added to the local experience.

Bathrooms need serious attention!!! Cleaning should be improved throughout, especially in shower areas!!! The pool deserves daily cleaning duties!!! Overall maintenance and attention to detail must be prioritized in every room!!!

The room was impeccably clean, and the staff showcased excellent customer service, going out of their way to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good variety, with tasty cheese sandwiches among the options. However, the check-in process experienced delays, and the parking was cramped, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, noise from nearby areas was noticeable, making it hard to relax fully during my stay.
